Toronto restaurant owner and operator Mark McEwan was named Independent Restaurateur of the Year by Foodservice and Hospitality magazine in its The Pinnacle Awards. McEwan is the owner of the famous North 44 degrees Restaurant. He attributes his restaurant's success to their attention to detail, their capacity to provide good food, good experiences and excellent services to their customers.
