Bob Cotton

Article Abstract:

Bob Cotton, Chief Executive of the British Hospitality Industry, hasn't lost any of his passion for the industry despite having spent his life in the same field of work. He is justifiably proud of his achievements in selling Britain to the British, the Americans and the Europeans but feels there is a lot more left to be done even as he laments that in the tourism industry one has to interact with numerous agencies at the same time.
