Article Abstract:

George Brown College announced its plan to expand its facilities and improve its hospitality and tourism programs, in response to a high demand in hospitality workers. As part of the expansion process, the school hired an agency to interview companies in the hospitality industry to determine possible improvements for the institution. The other details of the plan are also presented.

An overview of the Culinary Institute of America's (CIA) programs and services is presented. The CIA, whose main campus is located in Hyde Park, New York, offers two-year associate degrees and four-year bachelor degrees. Its Greystone campus in California features short classes in modern facilities, and also offers seminars and conferences.
