Article Abstract:
A number of non-core operations will be sold off by Rank Organisation over the next two years. These will include Precision Industries, the rest of its stake in Xerox, and Shearings. The divestments will raise 300 million pounds sterling for the company, which will focus on the Hard Rock chain, film and entertainment services, recreation and holidays. Each of the four divisions will have its own management team.
