Home office makes gambling easier

Article Abstract:

The U.K. government is drawing up a consultation document aimed at relaxing the rules governing the gambling industry. A response to the document is expected from the gaming industry by the end of May 1996. However, the National Council of Gambling has opposed the document because it says that any relaxation of the gaming laws will encourage people to gamble.
