The confusion over minimum drinks prices and the reforms, which will come into force after the Public Entertainment License ends, is discussed. Minimum drinks price is imposed as a matter of course and a clear and concise statement from the government in consultations with the Office of Fair Trading will give a clear idea on the confusing issue.
