Article Abstract:

Restaurant chains recognize the importance of mystery-shopper programs to enhance their products and services. The program, which involves a mystery shopper evaluating all aspects of the food establishments from the food to customer service, has been used by operators for over 50 years, initially to check employee honesty and integrity. Currently, the program is utilized for competitive purposes and is considered as an effective auditing tool.

Mozarella is the most common type of cheese used for pizzas. Nowadays, pizza makers are becoming bold with their choice of cheeses for their pizzas, using brie, feta, gorgonzola, asiago and other artisan cheeses. Unique cheeses are vital in making distinctive pizzas, thus restaurateurs are becoming creative in their choice of ingredients.
