Article Abstract:
European Arts Festival artistic director, John Drummond and Battersea, England, Arts Centre director, Paul Blackman disagree on the value of the European Arts Festival, 1992. Drummond maintains over 1,000 events successfully brought European culture to the regions. However, Blackman considers many of the events would have occurred without the festival as programmes had already been prepared. Few were aware of the festival due to lack of publicity.
