Article Abstract:

Forthcoming legislation affecting the UK leisure industry is considered. Particular attention is given to the Liquor Licensing Bill, which is likely to be in the Queen's Speech when Parliament resumes, and to the Green Paper on Local Government Finance, which is set to become a White Paper.
