Article Abstract:

The new legislation passed by the Business Services Minister Jim Watson is discussed. Ontarians can now their choice of wines to the restaurants they dine at under the "Bring Your Own Wine" legislation. They can also take back home-unfinished bottles. But only few restaurants have been provided with license to offer this service.
