Three Brazilian-type churrascarias, which are basically barbecue restaurants where the meats are roasted slowly over an open fire, are introduced. These restaurants, named Brazzaz, Fogo De Chao, and Sal & Carvao are situated in downtown Chicago and serve different varieties of beef and salad dishes.

High steaks

Article Abstract:

Three of New York's widely touted steak houses with three best independent houses in Chicago are being compared. It is observed that the ones in New York serve a dry-aged steak that is denser and Chicago in comparison serves a wet-aged steak that tastes watery by comparison.
