The 15th Muzzle Loaders Association International Committee (MLAIC) World Muzzle Loading Championship shooting competition was held last August in Camp Perry, OH. The competitions, participated in by contestants from different countries, featured the use of antique or reproduced copies of firearms.

The 1982 SHOT Show

Both national and international firms exhibited their new lines. These included rifles, pistols, and gun scopes. The show also exhibited some new and innovative products such as a rapid-fire .22 competition pistol.
