Child gun safety with Eddie Eagle

Article Abstract:

The Eddie Eagle program of the National Rifle Association Safety and Education Division has helped to decrease the number of accidents involving firearms and children. This program has been expanded in 1992 with the introduction of new communication materials and publications.

The National Rifle Assn's Refuse To Be A Victim program has over 700 experienced instructors in 44 states. These dedicated and hard working instructors are the essential element to the success of the program of helping individuals minimize the risk of becoming crime victims.
