Eat your sardines

Carper notes that canned sardines are incredibly rich in omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the cardiovascular system. Red wines boost immunity and are highly effective in battling heart disease. Garlic, carrots, broccoli and other vegetables and fruit, yogurt and oily fish are all healthy food.
