These portrayals are used variously for political, ideological and philosophical reasons that further the point of their fictions. Most authors cannot resist depicting their various love affairs.

Get on the bus: the Red Cross lifeguard updates improve the program

A lifeguard certification program undertaken by the Red Cross is favorably evaluated. The program includes modules on automated external defibrillators, oxygen administration and disease transmission. The course, though imperfect, is a significant improvement in lifeguard training.

A Chevy Chase Village police officer in Maryland had received numerous excuses from people violating traffic rules. Excuses ranges from being in a hurry, inattentiveness, unfamiliarity, ethnic prejudices of policemen to plain hardheadedness and mockery.
