Article Abstract:

Aging individuals lower the level of adventure in their travels due to the notion that they would not be able to handle the physical, emotional and mental impacts of adventure travels. However, travelers should extend their limitations by taking a travel program that would challenge them on different levels. The importance of discerning one's limitations and realistic capabilities in travel planning is also discussed.
