Jeff Grolig, the owner of River falls Seafood Company in Potomac, reveals that his love affair with seafood began when he was a boy and went to Chesapeake Bay for fishing with his father. Grolig believes that selling fish is a hands-on business where one must be active in procuring, handling, and displaying the product. People with an incredibly strong work ethic and focused on taking care of food and customers succeed in this business.

Kirk Bauer, who twice received the Bronze Star for heroism in Vietnam, recalls his trauma after losing his leg in the war and how he maintained his faith in God and kept praying for divine help. He is grateful that war veterans are given the best artificial limbs and acknowledges the important part played by family and friends in recovering from the irreparable loss.
