Helping the hungry

Article Abstract:

The services of food banks and other charities that provide food for the hungry are described. The Addison Road Day Care Center in Prince George's County serves two meals daily to children who would otherwise go without. Advice is also presented on how to help the hungry around Washington and a calendar of the types of food donations needed during the year.
