The 45-year-old Richard Rodriguez, who was successful in sitting for eight days continuously on a roller-coaster ride attributes his success to his love for this feat and his stomach, which never gets sick.

Urban Zen: famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando brings concrete style to Lincoln Park for his first U.S. house

Ando, winner of the 1995 Pritzker Prize, and an expert on the designing of concrete houses, is building the three-story C-shaped house with its hidden courtyard. Built for businessman Fred Eychaner, it has already cost between $6 mil-$8 mil. Other features include ramps and a reflecting pool.
