Hooligan: the spring bringers
Article Abstract:
The rivers of Alaska's Cook Inlet fill up in May with a small relative of the salmon, the hooligan or eulachon. Fishermen enjoy dipping for these tiny, silvery fish which taste delicious and are full of calories.
