The wreck of the Levin J. Marvel is one of the worst disasters in the history of the Chesapeake Bay in New York in August 1955. Captain John, swears that when the ship capsized, all the portholes were closed and all the passengers were on deck and he contends that the coast guard me him a scapegoat.
