Article Abstract:

Oaxaca City, the vibrant cultural center of Mexico's southern Pacific state has the finest regional cooking in Mexico. Review of several top restaurants in the city of Oaxaca, where the dinners are mostly North American, European and Mexican that includes Nuevo Leon, Lalo's, Birrieria Reyes de Ocotian, EI Presidente and La Condesa are presented.

An evaluation is presented of a number of Italian restaurants which are situated in Chicago, IL. The history of Italian restaurants in Chicago is discussed. The different forms of pasta are described.
