Article Abstract:
The 1860 Spencer Repeating Carbine from L Romano Rifle Co of Pennsylvania offers a fine working rifle based on an antique design. Accuracy of the rifle was good with recoil non-existent. The rifle is designed to accept the .56-50 Spencer Center-fire cartridge.
