Tara Brash, doctorate in clinical psychology, teaches the importance of Buddhist meditation in zapping the anxiety at retreats and conferences. Some of the lessons from Buddhism are discussed in brief stating that Buddhist practices of mindfulness, compassion and forgiveness can bring alive the mystical essence of their tradition which can be initiated through yoga.
