11 habits of highly successful exercisers

Article Abstract:

Many a times it is seen that some women achieve their fitness goals much faster than others who have to work out much harder at the gymnasium but experts say that this may be because successful exercisers have some time tested ways using which they achieve excellent results. Eleven wonderful rules followed by ace exercisers are listed, and these include setting practical goals, sticking to a balanced diet plan and most importantly making friends with trainers at the gymnasium.

End of the year fitness resolutions usually fail because of the holiday season that forces one to overeat and the festivities leave one with very little time to workout. Getting an early start helps in creating a rhythm that may be hard to break and a set of fitness resolutions, including resolving to do more strength training and eating healthy foods post workout, are suggested for the serious exerciser.
