Sometimes despite best efforts, one is not able to lose desired weight and experts say that one of the best ways to understand the reasons for not losing weight is to write down exactly what one eats and then analyze the jottings. It is often seen that many weight watchers first starve themselves then go on an eating spree, having a binge on snacks in between meals, gorge on weekends and eat when angry or happy and all these excesses lead to undesirable results.
