A breath of fresh air

Article Abstract:

Bad breath can be caused by an excessive amount of anaerobic bacteria which thrive on proteins found in plaque, food debris and dead cells. Anne Bosy of Toronto's Fresh Breath Clinic recommends the daily brushing of the tongue and rinsing with a antimicrobial mouthwash containing chlorhexidine.

Article Abstract:

Men are more prone to snoring than are women due to men's higher testosterone levels. Other factors that increase the probability of snoring include aging, alcohol, obesity and sleeping pills. Snoring is a health risk that may be avoided by using several guidelines, which are described.

Freshly-picked tomatoes and artichokes can be made into a salad or creamy dressings. Terrific Tomato Salad has hard-boiled eggs for protein. Basil 'n' Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing has low-fat sour cream, while Artichoke Green Goddess Dressing has artichokes in buttermilk.
