A daily walk helped me lose 25 pounds

One of the youngest elementary school teachers found it difficult to maintain time with her close colleagues and keeping up with the kids. To get out of stress, she added large portions of food to her diet, which made her heavy. Dieting only helped her to gain and loss weight alternatively. School teacher could find the difference in her weight only after she stopped eating fired foods, reduced the size of food and had a daily routine walk.

Fruit that packs on pounds

All fruits don't contain sources of minerals in same quantity. Though dry fruits contain fiber as a fruit but it packs 4 times the sugar and calories per ounce. Increase in weight is observed by drinking diet soda. Palm, corn and cottonseed oils donEt contain saturated fat, which raises low density lipoprotein (bad) cholesterol levels. Slow weight loss is considered as a long-term success.
