A guide to delivery

Article Abstract:

Pushing during the delivery stage of the birth process can last from 20 minutes to two hours. Once the baby is delivered, and the umbilical cord is cut, the last stage of delivery is expulsion of the placenta. Pain relief and delivery positions are discussed.
