A healthy business venture

The American Business Women's Assn. (ABWA) runs a program designed to help members solve business problems such as startups and implementation of marketing techniques. Della Busscher is an ABWA member who decided to go on home-based marketing business. Through the 'Member Makeover' program, ABWA helped clarify her options, plan out and set her business and financial goals, organize her office set-up and develop a marketing strategy.

The courage to change
Article Abstract:
The American Business Women's Association (ABWA) helps women make career changes by providing encouragement and tips in making career change decisions successful. The case of a woman who entered real estate at the age of 41 proves that such a move is indeed possible and attainable if there is enough willpower and training. The ABWA sponsors seminars to help such women make competent decisions.
