Revised, low-fat, Thanksgiving recipes are presented. Specific recipe makeovers are for harvest apple stuffing, easy turkey gravy and pumpkin pie. In each case, low-fat ingredients are substituted for ingredients that have a higher fat content.

Mexican food is tempting, but often filled with fat and calories. Instructions for reducing the fat content of a chicken enchilada recipe are presented. By substituting lowfat dairy products and soup, the fat can be reduced from 51% to 14%.

A brownie recipe is made over, with a 397 less grams of fat and 3,734 less calories. The primary fat and calorie reduction came about as a result of substituting a prune paste for butter.
