Corn can be a tasty yet healthful food when prepared with little or no fat. A corn cake recipe with low-fat and fat-free ingredients is an ideal part of a diet designed to help lower the incidence of hypertension, obesity, diabetes and certain cancers. It can either be a side dish or a veggie burger.
