Sandra Groves of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) has used the Power of Nice principles to keep her employed through referrals she has met in the past. Diane Beedon shows her colleagues that something could be achieved through harmony by using the power of gentle persuasion to avoid being perceived as abrasive.
