Some alternatives to antibiotics as treatments for acne are presented. Chinese healing, herbal remedies, acupuncture, zinc supplements, vitamin B6, flaxseed oil, high-fiber cereal, aloe vera juice and essential oils are only a few of the more typical alternative therapies for acne.
