An ode to working moms

Article Abstract:

In honor of Mother's Day, a series of personal narratives is presented decribing children's memories of their working mothers. The children of active mothers such as politicians, political activists concur that rather than losing out to their mother's careers, they benefited by learning to have a sense of purpose, independence and pride.
