It's a stretch ... but yoga might save your face

Article Abstract:

Face-yoga involves practicing certain facial asanas (poses), and it is believed to help aging women lift their facial features and avoid plastic surgery. The method can stimulate neck and throat glands that balance the thyroid and parathyroid hormones, leading to a healthier, unlined face. A personal account of doing face-yoga is also given.
