Asthma and dust mites

Dust mites can cause or aggravate asthma in children. Ways to reduce the severity or chances of attacks include enclosing pillows and mattresses in airtight covers, washing bedding weekly, removing carpeting from bedroom and reducing indoor humidity levels.
