The pregnancy results in accentuating the spinal curve and stressing vulnerable lower back muscles in women, as they are put into a poor posture. However, exercising, doing a professional pregnancy massage, using heat for temporary relief, treating the symptoms, conversing with the doctor and wearing a maternity girdle are some of the ways in which back problems could be minimized.
