Babying your back

Article Abstract:

The pregnancy results in accentuating the spinal curve and stressing vulnerable lower back muscles in women, as they are put into a poor posture. However, exercising, doing a professional pregnancy massage, using heat for temporary relief, treating the symptoms, conversing with the doctor and wearing a maternity girdle are some of the ways in which back problems could be minimized.

A medical consultation should be the first step in the treatment of urinary incontinence which is an ordinary but abnormal occurrence to most pregnant women. Exercises, medications, urinary control devices, dietary and lifestyle changes are also recommended.
