Lower back fatigue is a common complaint, and muscles that tire easily should receive attention during an exercise session. The prone hip extension exercise is presented for muscles of the lower back and hips. Anyone with back problems should consult their doctor before attempting the exercise.

Torso toners: exercises to protect your back and improve your posture
Article Abstract:
The torso is the center of power, and with regular use it can continue fulfill that function. Unfortunately, the torso tends to become weak with disuse as a result of sedentary lifestyles and jobs. Various exercises to strengthen the torso and correct posture are discussed.
