Women wanting to have toned buns and inner thighs can do the plie. Plie is a ballet technique that makes use of the muscles in the buttocks and inner thighs. The movement starts with feet apart, wider than the shoulder width, hold 5-pound dumbells in both hands, then flex the knees up and down.
