Women should never blow-dry their hair when it is too wet. When blow-drying, it is best to use medium heat to retain the hair's moisture. The right tools and products should be used to protect hair and to give it volume and body. Some blow-styling tips from top Canadian hairstylists are presented.

Environment, stress and diet are some of the factors that cause common hair problems such as split ends, static and frizzies. Several tips to avoid hair damage are presented. These include washing hair with pH-balanced shampoos and conditioners, and allowing permed hair to dry naturally.
