Break your food rut

Article Abstract:

Familiarity leads to contempt about relationships and when it comes to foods, researchers say that sticking to the same food routine makes the body vulnerable to diseases and any amount of multivitamins may not help in combating illness. Five different ways by which one can change the every day diet are suggested and these include adding color to meals in the form of blue berries or tomatoes and adding some ethnic foods in every day cooking.
