Breast cancer and your lifestyle: the latest on who's at risk and what they can do about it

The changing lifestyles of Canadian women over the past years have increased the risks of breast cancer development. However, several researches reveal the need to increase awareness towards disease prevention. Regular examinations, exercise and a low-fat diet are helpful in minimizing risks.
