Breathe & sculpt: the unbearable lightness of training

The E-Sculpt fitness program developed by Molly Fox for the Equinox fitness club combines the disciplines of dance, yoga and traditional sculpting exercises to improve body appearance and performance. The program emphasizes maintaining correct posture and flow of movement in the exercises.

Made in the blade: skate your way to fitness

In-line skating provides a good general exercise for the body. Weight lifting is better for muscle building and running is a better aerobic exercise, but skating provides a broad exercise that is fun to do. An in-line skating workout is presented.
