Buy-sell plans for small business owners

Article Abstract:

Small business owners should opt for a buy-sell agreement because it is a legal document that prevents the sale of business interests among the current owners, their family members or selected employees and also assures that business remains with the present owners till the infancy and growth stages. Buy-sell agreement helps the seller in finding a buyer well in advance, the buyer is able to retain the control of the business and the sales price and other terms are decided when both the parties are active.
