CLA: the latest weight-loss wonder drug?

Article Abstract:

Many weight watchers swear by the wonder drug, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and tout it is as the drug that ensures weight loss but there is no evidence to confirm the veracity of these claims. CLA is known to work very well on animals and even though the drug has shown no apparent side effects, it has not worked wonders on humans and experts suggest a wait and watch policy before one rushes out to purchase the drug.

Eat to beat your genes

Article Abstract:

An acknowledged fact is that most of the diseases are genetically passed on over generations and many a times one just gives up trying to beat the genetic factors and continue living life worrying about health risks. Fortunately research shows that small changes in the diet can help in reducing risks of inherited diseases and these dietary changes are discussed.
