Article Abstract:

Life in Texas, United States, the nation's smokiest city for women is described. The bars do not have proper ventilation and the officials also don't try to prevent smoking as it is considered to be a civil right. The states collect billions of dollars as tobacco taxes and settlement money but a very small percent of it is spent for prevention of smoking.
