A personal narrative is presented describing an experience of frenzied housecleaning. After reading Cheryl Mendelsohn's book, "Home Comforts: The Art and Science of Keeping House," a woman with work deadlines and little free time goes on a housecleaning binge until she realises the error of her ways.
