Article Abstract:

Elsa-Grace Giardina, a professor of clinical medicine and director of the Center for Women's Health at Columbia University in New York City explains the ways to overcome the problems related to intake of excess of coffee, carrying of heavy workbag and dangers regarding mixing of herbal supplement and prescription drugs that are faced by the working women. Solutions to solve these problems are suggested by the professor.
