Eating out in a restaurant is always a dieter's nightmare especially since many restaurants do not keep a dieter in mind while designing their menus and people eating out often tend to add one third more calories every week. A three-part strategy to eat out sensibly is featured and suggestions on how to avoid common pitfalls when eating out are presented.

The bully solution
Article Abstract:
Bullying or teasing is quite a common problem faced by the teenagers, most commonly teased by others to have fun or just to get a feeling that they are dominating another teenager. A simple solution for bullying is that the kid who is harassed has to be told to remain calm and do not show that he or she is upset and just ignore them.

A Justice Department report indicates that more violent attacks are directed against Native American women than any other group in the United States. Native American women that are involved in domestic violence often are ignored by the police and tribal agencies.
